No! You can get into shape by learning how to defend yourself.  You will build functional strength and exchange fat for muscle simply by attending regular martial arts classes.  If you are looking specifically for fitness classes we offer those too!

A t-shirt and shorts/yoga pants.  Please do not wear anything with snaps, zippers, or buttons on it because it can cause damage to our mats and injure your training partners.
